Benefit Equity Inc. provides plan design, employee communications, government reporting and compliance for all types of retirement plans. BEI's mission is to offer the highest quality investment options and give employers a company retirement plan that is cost effective, easy to administer and worry free.

Benefit Equity, Inc. is an independently owned retirement plan administration company. We provide plan design, compliance, recordkeeping, and employee education. We are electronically linked with most mutual fund providers so you get daily accounting with internet accessibility. Our client's range in size from small closely held businesses to publicly held companies.

Our founder is Robert H. Gorelick, APA (Accredited Pension Administrator) who has over 30 years of experience servicing retirement plans. Robert is also the past President and Chairman of the Board (1992-1994) of the National Institute of Pension Administrators, an organization dedicated to providing continuing education for retirement plan administrators.

We specialize in administration of 401(k) plans, Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution, ESOP, & creative combinations of plans. We are a one-stop provider. We handle all government compliance, plan installation, administration of plan provisions, loans, distributions, employee education, and investments.

Our people have chosen pension administration for a career. They keep up-to-date on the constantly changing regulations and legislation. We provide in house training and attend quarterly workshops off site. Our Senior Administrators maintain the lowest case load in our industry to provide you with timely and reliable service.

We provide a written Summary Plan Description that meets ERISA requirements yet is understanding to employees. For 401(k) presentations, we provide customer enrollment packages and a multi-media DVD on how to save and invest. To demonstrate the importance of 401(k) savings to each employee, we do a savings projection showing accumulation and impact on take-home pay for their consideration as they are enrolling. Additionally we can provide written materials and verbal presentations in Spanish and Vietnamese.

We utilize the latest technology with updates at least semi-annually. Our backup recovery systems consist of redundant servers and off-site data storage. With today's investment partners, your confidential employee data is electronically exchanged directly with the providers using their secured Internet sites.
