Team Spotlight: Highlighting BEI Team Member Peter Manning
We're shining a light on a long-time BEI team member, Peter Manning, who helps make Benefit Equity, a Strongpoint Partner, a trusted resource for wealth advisors and other partners.
Peter joined BEI in 2017, bringing two decades of experience in human resources and retirement plan consulting. Before joining our team, Peter worked with a major 401(k) provider, earning a strong reputation among business owners, CPAs, and financial advisors for his strategic insight and client-first approach.
At BEI, Peter plays a key role in helping employers design and manage retirement plans that align with their goals and workforce needs. He's known for his ability to simplify complex plan features and his skill in keeping our clients' retirement plans in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Peter earned his bachelor's degree in business administration and marketing from California State University, San Bernardino. Born and raised in California, Peter has been married for 17 years, and he is a proud father of two young adults. Outside the office, you'll find Peter hiking, golfing, camping, or coaching youth soccer.
