Beneift Equity Participates in Strongpoint Partners’ Day of Community
Benefit Equity, a Strongpoint Partner, believes that stronger communities start with showing up. Benefit Equity’s Michael Gorelick, APR, and Eric Carlson got an early start on Strongpoint Partners’ Day of Community by volunteering at Second Harvest’s Zilch Market warehouse in Spokane, Washington.
Working alongside retired volunteers, Michael and Eric unloaded pallets of frozen, canned, and refrigerated foods, broke down boxes, and swept the warehouse to prepare for the next shift. Their hands-on work supported Zilch’s mission of getting good food to people who need it while reducing food waste.
Today, November 6th, the entire Benefit Equity team will participate in Strongpoint Partners’ Day of Community. Employees have been given the day off to volunteer for causes of their choice and support the communities they call home.
